What is BRANDCloud?

BrandCloud is very simply a customizable information creation and storage platform.

Brandcloud users create their own map of how they would like to create and store their information and in doing so form a visual table of contents. At each of the four levels of descending hierarchy documents, video, images, spreadsheets, PowerPoints and PDF’s can be stored together. Each file is placed in its own container with a visual thumbnail and can be shared, downloaded, deleted and in most cases previewed from inside the BrandCloud platform. Some of the features:

• Productivity: How much time is spent looking for files on your desktop or on others? BrandCloud gives you a central repository that is mapped based on how you use information. No longer when a person changes positions or leaves the organization is that data lost to the ether.
• Security: Brandcloud allows for fully customizable, specific permissions at all levels. This allows for you to direct access at every level and in every way to allow users to see, download, share or view information.
• Administration: Every location can set its administrators who are notified every time there is a data change or permission given within their Brandcloud location. This protects the institutional memory of the organization and provides for the oversite of what is being replied upon within the organization.
• Information Collection: BrandCloud allows organizations to build custom, searchable forms that will provide for the consistency of information collection. Additionally, these forms are located in context to the way the organization uses information.
• Messaging Consistency: How often has work been done to recreate what has already been created? By providing a centralized resource messaging can be created at every level that can be maintained as the corporate messaging for whatever is being discussed.
